How do seasonal subscriptions work?
With a subscription you can receive your harvest on a recurring basis throughout the season. Set up how often you want to receive your boxes and enjoy your harvest!
Seasonal subscriptions let you receive your chosen box on a recurring basis throughout the season — without having to place a new order each time.
Setting up your subscription
On the product page, select Subscribe and configure:
- Your box — choose the product and size you want to receive
- Your delivery frequency — every week, every 2 weeks, or every month
- Your first delivery date
Your first box is charged at purchase. Subsequent boxes are charged automatically based on your chosen frequency.
Managing your subscription
Once confirmed, your subscription is available in the Seasonal tab of your Subscriptions section. From there you can:
- Change your box size
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your payment method or delivery address
- Cancel individual generated orders
- Cancel your subscription at any time
