Why does the weight vary month to month?

Box weight naturally varies depending on what's in season. Some products — like stone fruits or grapes in summer — have higher production costs per kilo than winter fruits like citrus, so boxes may feel lighter during those months. Vegetables can also vary in weight depending on the variety.

The price remains consistent precisely because of the scale we work at — producing and shipping in volume allows us to offer better value than buying individual products separately.

What if a harvest doesn't go as planned?

Farming depends on nature, and occasionally a product isn't available as expected. In that case, we'll substitute it with an alternative seasonal product at a fair price for the farmer.
