Box contents are set in advance based on what's in season. Because we work with organic produce, contents may occasionally vary — if a product hasn't reached optimal ripeness or doesn't meet our quality standards, we'll replace it with the best available alternative.

Once your box has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking email confirming the final contents. In rare cases, last-minute adjustments may still be made during packing to ensure quality.

Can I choose what's in my box?

Box contents cannot be customised item by item. However:

  • Some subscriptions offer multiple content options — if available, you can select your preference from your Subscriptions section
  • If a particular month's box doesn't work for you, you can skip the delivery or send it to someone else by changing the address in your Orders section

⚠️ If you're not satisfied with a content change, you can cancel the order from your Orders section as long as it has not yet entered the shipping preparation process.
