How does payment work for seasonal subscriptions?

Your first box is charged at purchase. Subsequent boxes are charged automatically 6 days before each shipment date, based on your chosen frequency.

Exceptions

An order will not be charged if:

• You cancel it before the payment is processed
• Your payment method is invalid at the time of charge — in this case, only that specific order is cancelled; it does not affect future orders.
